I can't add the camera?

For MIPC Users

Before adding a camera for the first time, please make sure that the camera is powered on and the working status light flashes slowly in red.
1. Make sure the WIFI user name and password are correct. 2. The camera only supports 2.4GHZ WIFI, 5g band is not supported. please do not use 5G wifi to configure the network.
3. When adding a camera, ensure that the network is smooth, and it is recommended to connect near the router as much as possible.
4. If the QR code is unsuccessful in the network configuration, try to manually configure the network; try not to set complex WIFI password and do not contain special characters such as \'. ect
5. Turn off the phone Bluetooth temporarily before connecting.
6. If the two methods still do not match the camera, it is recommended to restart the router and try again.
7. Provide the nameplate label of the router
