There is nothing on my Cloud Storage.

For MIPC Users

1. Make sure that the "motion detection" interface, "motion detection" recording, and "upload recording" switches are all on. Then walk back and forth in front of the camera to trigger motion detection. Checking if there is new data generated in the cloud storage.
2. If there is no new cloud storage video data generated after 1st test, it is recommended to turn off "Upload Video" and then turn it on again; Continue to walk around in front of the camera to trigger motion detection, then check if there is a new cloud storage videodata generation.
3. If there is still no new cloud storage video data generated after 2nd test, we recommend you to unbind the cloud storage, and then re-bind the cloud storage. Continue to walk back and forth in front of the camera to trigger motion detection, then check if there is new data generated in the cloud storage.
4. If there is still no new cloud storage video data generated after 3rd test, please restart the camera after power off. Continue to walk back and forth in front of the camera to trigger motion detection, and check if there is new data generated in the cloud storage.
5. If there is still no new cloud storage video data generated after 4th, please contact us with the camera id and other account information. With these info., we will help you to figure out the problem.

For CloudEdge Users

1. Make sure that the "motion detection" is turned on. Then walk back and forth in front of the camera to trigger motion detection. Lastly check if there is new data generated in the cloud storage.
2. If there is still no new cloud storage video data generated, it is recommended to restart the camera after power off. Then continue to walk back and forth in front of the camera to trigger motion detection and check if there is new data generated in the cloud storage.
3. If there is still no new cloud storage video data generated, contact us with the camera id and other information. with these information, we will help you figure out this problem.
