How to download videos from sd card?

Note: Only cameras using MIPC supports download  videos from SD card!

Please kindly download the SDtool (http://www.mipcm.com);(notice:sdtool is currently only available for Windows).
Step1

Create a new folder on the desktop, the folder is named with English letters;
Step2

Unplug the SD card and plug it into your computer;
Step3

After inserting the SD card, the computer will pop up a “Format” prompt, ignoring this prompt, because the PC cannot recognize the encrypted file;
Step4

Open the installed SDtool and select the language;
Step5

Select the newly created folder and ask for the export path;
Step6

Click "Export" and wait until the export is complete;
Step7

Please kindly note that insert or remove the sd card when the camera is powered off.
