1.Please click the forgot password button in the lower left corner of the app login interface, then complete the password reset according to the prompts;
2. Find the the password reset email (inbox, trash can or other);
3. Click "Reset now" to enter the reset password page;
4. Re-enter a new password and confirm it, and then click "Reset" to complete the operation;
5. After completing the reset password operation, return to the APP login interface. Please use the account number and new password to log in and remember them.
6. If you have forgotten your account, because the account cannot be retrieved, please re-register a new user name, and then re-add your camera to your new account.
