For MIPC Users
Step1.
The camera only supports 2.4GHz, not support 5GHz WiFi, please check whether the WiFi 5GHz;
Step2.
Please check whether your wifi name contains special symbols, if yes, please modify your wifi name;
Step3.
Please try to enter the camera ID manually;
Step4.
When connecting, please place the camera near the router and turn on the phone sound to the maximum.
For Cloudedge Users
Please change another different wifi to connect or use your mobile data as a hot spot and use another device to connect the camera.
