My camera is offline

For MIPC Users

Step1

Please check if a red light on and the sound of water droplets after plugging in the camera.
Step2

Please reset the camera and delete it from app, then re-add it.

 

For CloudEdge Users

Please try to reset the camera and delete it from app, then re-add it.
